Why I built Twools
One night I was flipping between a match on TV and a stream. Same game, same passion. But on TV the screen was alive. The score drops, the banner fires, the replay kicks in. On the stream, a frozen overlay, the same one as a thousand other channels.
The difference isn't budget. It's that on TV, someone is driving. Behind every show there's a control room, hands on buttons making the screen live in real time. The streamer is already doing everything at once. Playing, hosting, running the chat. And nobody ever handed them the buttons.
I've been watching streams since before Twitch, own3d.tv and Dailymotion included. Fifteen years of cameras, sound and editing leveling up while overlays stayed posters.
So I built the control room.
P.S.: the one widget you actually need is probably missing. Tell me on Discord, I'm the one who answers, usually far too late at night.
